4. Will factoring prevent me from obtaining traditional financing?

Not at all. Because factoring is an off-balance sheet transaction, you are not incurring any debt. In fact, factoring will improve your debt/equity ratio making your firm more attractive to lenders. Through factoring, you will have a better cash flow position, reduced operating expenses and a stronger financial position overall.

5. How will factoring affect my relationship with my customer?

Our experience working with government agencies is our advantage. We will contact your Contract Officer or authorized agent to inform them of our relationship and that you have outsourced you Accounts Receivable functions in conjunction with the Federal Government Assignment of Claims Act.

We will handle all aspects of your invoices in the most professional manner possible, since keeping your relationship intact with your client is our most important priority.
